Katie Betcher
Hi, I’m Katie, and welcome to my passion and business, Gloss and Glow! I’m Portland-born and moved to Vancouver in early 2025, and couldn’t love it more! Siren is my salon home, and I couldn’t be happier to be a part of such an awesome group and beautiful space to work in. My goal as a stylist is for my clients to view my chair as a place of equal fun and relaxation, where they can walk out the door feeling more confident and refreshed than when they arrived. I enjoy a range of services, with blonding, vivids, and haircutting of all kinds as my top 3 services. If you have an idea, I’m pumped to hear it and collaborate on something that feels like yourself and also fits your lifestyle.
The space I work in
I choose to work within Siren Salon due to the client and community focus. Siren is involved in the community hosting events regularly, giving back to the community, and offering products and retail that are with everyone’s health in mind. We participate in a refillery hair program, as well as non-tox household ingredients to avoid big box chemicals and cycling corporate wealth.
Siren is also women owned and women supported. The salon is filled with multiple women owned businesses, that has a space allowing myself and others to freely express who we are, and all have each others best interest at heart for both each other, and anyone who walks in the door.
